About The Event
Every course is from a different country, fusion style with a complimentary glass of wine paired by Howard Freedland, SE Regional Manager, Seaview Imports. Here's the menu:
First course: Smoky Toasted Pancetta, Caramelized Pistachios, Fresh Julian Watercress, Baby Spinach and Fresh Basil, Seared Blueberries, Homemade Gouda Cheese Crumble, Coal Salt, Peach Vodka Dressing with Sprinkle Lemon Rind. Paired with Spanish Albarino.
Second course: Blue Crab Cake, Creamy Heat Polenta, Fresh Avocado, Mint Basil, Yellow Tomato Coulis, Garlic Kale Micro Greens, Shaved Toasted Almonds. Paired with Australian dry Riesling.
International Palate Cleanser
Main entrée: Salty Sweet Garden Mini Filet Mignon Topped with Brandied and Caramelized Figs And Cherries, Purple Brazilian Risotto, Tomato, Artichoke and Pinenuts, Garlic Micro Greens, Shaved White Chocolate. Paired with New Zealand Pinot Noir.
Final touch: Poached Pear In Selected Wine, Marscapone, Caramelized Walnuts, Sugar Plums, International Cookie Crumble, Sprinkle Lemon Salt. Paired with French Gamay
