First Course: Fresh Baby Spinach, Romaine, Watercress, Arugula with Sweet Diced Strawberries, Caramelized Brandied Walnuts, Diced Smoked Gouda Cheese, Shredded Jicama and Whiskey Blueberry Dressing.

Second Course: Shrimp Cocktail served with Island Chutney, New Orleans Cocktail Sauce and Sprigs of Lemon Dill all in a Martini Glass.
