About The Event

VIP:  Greek stuffed wagyu steak with mint mousse

Appetizer: Homemade creamy hummus with fresh olive roasted tapenade and seared feta cheese

First Course: Grilled rosemary and mint baby lamb chop over creamy couscous

Main Course: Greek salmon, caramelized red onions, Kalamata olives and feta cheese poached perfectly in a Greek wine.

Caramelized mix of tomatoes, eggplant, summer squash, green beans, chopped broccoli and mushrooms served with Greek lemon potatoes

Finishing Touch: Baked fresh baklava and mint gelato
