About the event
First Course: Salmon Ceviche served with homemade tortilla chips.
Salad Course: Diced Andouille Sausage, fresco cheese, grilled cactus, roasted corn, julienned tortilla chips, jicama, black beans and fresh cilantro with a lime and mango vodka dressing.
Main Entree: Seafood Paella
Finishing Touch: Cream puff with Spanish custard, shaved spicy chocolate.
