Chef Chris Paul will be preparing a great menu with a secret ingredient in every course! Buy a ticket or go one better and sit at the Chef's Table! Here's the menu:
First Course: Sweet kale and watercress salad, harvest cheddar cheese, diced New York apples, roasted beets, pomegranate whiskey dressing.
Second Course: Pumpkin crepe, acorn squash, caramelized walnuts, spicy bacon, mascarpone cheese butter, Cranberry slurry blueberries.
Fall fusion palate cleanse
Main Course: Cinnamon chicken, apricot dumpling, Roasted spaghetti squash, Rum acorn squash slurry, caramelized pumpkin seeds, shaved dark chocolate.
Finishing Touch: Spiced ginger cake with vanilla whiskey gelato and toffee sauce
Chef's Table: Brazilian filet mignon with brandy sauce, sautéed acorn squash, caramelized bacon, chestnuts.
