First Course: Chilled melon soup with brandy cream and mint shavings.
Second Course: Exotic salad with pistachios, jicama, lettuce, bacon, arugula, wataermelon, watercress with a watermelon/peach vinaigrette.
Main Course: Char-grilled New York steak with caramelized apples, yellow and purple mashed potatoes, wild vegetables and burgundy sweet garlic.
Finishing Touch: Smoked salted caramel apple cobbler with a vanilla gelato slurry.
