First Course: Italian Ceviche made with fresh seafood, sundried tomatoes, aged Asiago and paired with Crop Circle Cream Ale
Second Course: Mini Honey, Buttermilk, Duck and Waffle served with Quail poached Egg, Maple Syrup, Hot and Spicy Bacon Bits. Paired with GJ's Robust Porter
Third Course: Japanese Dumpling stuffed with Korean smoked pork, Sweet brine pickles and Asian Coleslaw. Paired with 1000 Thanks all Citra IPA
Fourth Course: Pumpkin Ravioli, Smoked Veal, Sweet Beets, Saffron Aioli, Shaved Pistachios. Paired with Half Moon Island American Witbier with fresh Clementine and Coriander
Finishing Touch: Salted Caramel Brownie Bites with Whiskey Gelato and paired with Fire Rescue Vanilla and Espresso Cream Ale.
