About the event
Air fried artichoke heaart with purple sweet potato mousse, tarragon white wine lemon sauce plus welcome drink of Champagne.
Salad of baby Romaine, Boston lettuce, arugula, sundried blueberries, shaved purple carrots, caramelized nuts, diced cucumbers, yellow tomatoes, fresh herbs, fried breaded cheese, jicama with vodka peach dressing paired with 2018 Chardonnay from Italy.
